Signage and Digital Print
Architectural Signs uses a number of methods to make all types of signage. We have a 1300mm wide format vinyl printer as well as a flat bed UV Printer and a heat transfer printer enabling us to print on a huge variety of substrates as well as general vinyl “sticker” printing. We also always use a UV stable protective overlaminate which protects and extends the life of all our printed signage. We also have lasers, routers and sandblasting to make many other types of signs including metals and wood

General Signage
All our signage is made in-house using best method depending on sign type. Any substare including Aluminium composite, aluminium, wood, Colorbond and metals. Signs can be supplied with holes or 3M peel off adhesive as required and all will have an art proof prior to manufacture. We also make outdoor signage as well as fabricate framework or posts and caps.

Laser Engraved
Laser engraving is used to add text or logos to a large variety of materials including metals, plastics and wooden signage. The marking is on the surface and indelible. The CO2 lasers are used for most materials whereas the YAG is used for metals.

Rotary Engraved
We use this method for wood, plastic or metal signage. More expensive than laser being sub-surface it gives the advantage of being able to use paint to fill in other colours for letters and logos. It is also used on the Traffolyte type materials (Gravoply, 2-plex etc.) in a huge range of colours.

Sandblast/Etched
This process is referred to as sandblast or, more recently, etching. We create a mask to protect the background and using a grit under very high pressure blast away the unprotected area leaving an indelible mark. This can be left natural or painted. Very versatile and can do pretty much any "hard" material including crystal and stainless steel

Cast Signage - Bronze & Aluminium
Bronze and aluminium. We also supply Cast Bronze and Aluminium signage. This is mainly used for testimonial/memorial signage as well as signage for heritage buildings. The background is usually a patina brown however we have a huge range of paint colours as well as styles, borders and motifs. We can even add ceramic or cast photos. We will do everything from design to casting.
Safety Signage
Fully BCA and AS compliant. We can manufacture any safety signage as well as street/road signage that is fully BCA and AS compliant. We have a range of standard signage as well as being able to manufacture to specifications. From 1 unit to a thousand.
